Groove Temple brings the magical healing powers of music and dance to new heights. It is specifically designed to be a transformational and uplifting experience! The guided Warm-up and Cool Down set it apart from your normal dance experience. In the warm up, the muscles and joints are loosened and lubricated with smooth flowing stretches. This encourages chi (energy) to flow clearly throughout the body - a necessary component for your ultimate free flowing dance experience. It also encourages synovial fluid into the joints - cushioning the joints - making your dancing more comfortable and enjoyable.

The Freestyle/Freeform Dance section shakes everything up - dislodging physical, mental and emotional stuff that's stuck in your body. The music takes you on a journey through different styles and sound escapes inspiring you to express different parts of your soul. There are 2 major peaks that push you to your threshold and 1 major valley in between - to give your body a nice rest with an opening stretch. The stretch in the valley cleanses / moves energy out of your body and you become clear and lighter - open to be revived... Then as the music elevates in the second peak - you're carried to a higher vibration - the space where we plant the seeds for our dreams...

Thanks for all your awesome energy at the last Groove Temple. You all stirred up so much positive energy on the dance floor - it was hot!!! As always, Rachel completely rocked it on the Violin ... inspiring more smooth swirling graceful movement expression... while Robynn inspired our funky side with his awesome beats and Arlys brought us to another dimension with her eclectic myriad of deep vocals ... All these beautiful live elements on top of another awesome set of Music with Dj Luis Rosario !!! It was a night to remember :-)
